Freelance Fleet Management Specialist (ref: 24073-WFL-MG)


ORGANIZATION

Our client is an innovative player in the communications sector, specializing in digital solutions that connect people and technology.

YOUR ROLE

  • You ensure the operational follow-up for fleet management, handling fuel/charging cards, technical checks, fines, recalls, seasonal tires, insurance, and more.
  • You liaise with external vendors to maintain smooth operations.
  • You analyze and report on fleet data and stay informed on updates in legislation and taxation.
  • You introduce and implement optimized processes and procedures and a new car policy.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have solid experience with Fleet management.
  • You are hands-on and enjoy taking care of operational tasks.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance
  • Work regime:  4 to 5 days
  • Location: West Flanders with remote work options
