An international non-profit operating across several European locations.
YOUR ROLE
- You lead the centralization of the HR function, standardizing compensation and benefits practices across all sites.
- You design and implement a performance-based salary structure aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- You collaborate with HR and IT teams to roll out SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the compensation and benefits modules are configured effectively.
- You ensure compliance with local and international labor laws for all compensation and benefits programs.
- You provide expert advice on compensation and benefits, supporting the organization's broader HR transformation.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have expertise in managing compensation and benefits within an international (European) setting.
- You are skilled in developing performance-based compensation strategies.
- You possess strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- You have proven experience with HRIS systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
- You are fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
PRACTICAL
- Contract type: Freelance
- Work regime: 2.5 days/week
- Location: Flemish Brabant
- Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension
