YOUR ROLE
- You communicate clearly and efficiently with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for initiatives.
- You lead the redesign of performance management systems, from conceptualization to hands-on implementation.
- You develop and implement performance management strategies that align with organizational goals.
- You ensure the new performance management system is robust, effective, and adaptable to the organization’s needs.
- You drive the transformation of administrative processes to enhance organizational maturity and efficiency.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to manage and engage multiple stakeholders.
- You possess extensive experience in performance management, including designing, implementing, and managing performance systems.
- You have hands-on experience in developing and implementing training and development policies.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and French.
PRACTICAL
- Contract type: Freelance
- Work regime: 2,5 days per week
- Duration: 4 months with possible extension
- Start: September
- Location: hybrid, Brussels
