YOUR ROLE
In this freelance role, you will take ownership of the recruitment process, with a particular focus on sourcing top talent and enhancing employer branding. Key responsibilities include:- Managing the recruitment and selection processes end-to-end.
- Actively sourcing candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conducting interviews and guiding candidates through the selection journey.
- Negotiating offers to secure top talent.
- Building lasting relationships with both candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a strong background in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment.
- You are skilled in sourcing.
- You have the ability to develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract and engage top talent.
- You possess excellent communication skills in Dutch, both written and verbal.
- You have the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
PRACTICAL
- Contract type: Freelance
- Work regime: 2 to 3 days per week
- Location: East Flanders
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Until the end of the year
