YOUR ROLE

  • You lead and manage the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration for new hires.
  • You develop comprehensive onboarding programs that align employees with the company’s culture, values, and strategic objectives.
  • You design and implement talent development programs that promote continuous employee growth and support organizational goals.
  • You collaborate closely with managers to facilitate effective feedback mechanisms, performance reviews, and goal-setting sessions.
  • You track and manage employee training programs, ensuring alignment with skill gaps and the company’s future needs.
  • You support workforce planning by identifying talent gaps and creating strategies for hiring or upskilling as required.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a proven track record in a similar role, with expertise in talent management.
  • You take a proactive, hands-on approach with a keen ability to drive initiatives forward.
  • You excel in building strong relationships with employees and leadership, facilitating open communication and trust.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French, with a strong proficiency in English.

  • Location: Flemish Brabant and remote
